My wife and I enjoyed browsing in this small delightful store filled with many gifts. Originally, we were walking by the store on our way to LL Bean and discovered the flag in the photo. It was identical to the two dogs we doggie-sit for my son and his friend. The only problem was the store was closed! Bummer! However, on the way back we found the door open and ventured inside to find the women eager to answer any questions we had. We were pleased with the price of the flag and as we were ready to pay, she indicated that there was a 25% off sale, which saved us a few bucks. We certainly would stop by again when we visit Freeport!

Maine Wreath was recommended to my fiance and I for a wedding florist.  We went in to the store in Freeport and had an initial appointment with Debbie.  She was extremely professional, wonderful to work with, and knowledgeable of flowers.  We had some ideas for our nautical wedding flowers, but she really took our vision to the next level.  Maine Wreath gave us a detailed quote and was very transparent with pricing.  We played on each others ideas and spoke/met regularly throughout the process.  Debbie showed us sample centerpieces and we exchanged numerous photos confirming ideas.  We supplied our own vases and some of the nautical decor details to keep things reasonable.  Debbie worked with the resort directly to coordinate logistics.  Debbie purchased flowers locally and from Boston flower exchange.  For on wedding site set up and wedding day support, Debbie was incredible!  She was there every step along the way, ensuring every detail was perfect!  The hours she spent were above and beyond what we expected.  She was there to give bouquets to each bridesmaid and pin and adjust each individual boutonniere to groomsmen and family members.  Debbie was there to move flowers and nautical signal flags from our outdoor ceremony to the indoor reception.   My bridal bouquet was amazing and all the flowers were lovely!  Debbie was so thoughtful and execution was flawless.  We received so many compliments on the flowers and details.  The idea was to keep the nautical look as though we were in someone's home and centerpieces were uniquely special and elegant. We highly recommend Maine Wreath for a wedding florist and can't thank Debbie enough for making our special day so perfect!

Purposely sought out this store to check out their wreaths and dried flowers only to be abused by the woman in the store. I haven't had someone be so rude to me in I don't know how long. It went something like this:My husband and I walk into the store. The woman is with a customer and we start browsing. The store is cramped and cluttered and we keep walking to the back of the store where it looks like there are more goods. The woman, still in conversation with the other customer, starts frantically waving at me and barks "can I help you?" Thinking she is genuine I say "no thanks, I'm just looking." "I can see you're looking" she snaps, and indicates that we almost entered the supply room, which has no door or sign and looks eerily like the rest of the store. I innocently say, "oh that's not the store?" "Does that look like a store?" And she continues her conversation with the other customer, never acknowledging us again. Frankly, I would rather go to joann fabrics and buy fake flowers from china then be treated like this. Unbelievable. Will never go back. Ever.
