Can't say enough about the kind, caring, quick and thorough service I've received from the doctors and other staff at the VanBuren office. Very clean facility! Almost no wait time to be seen. All staff is very friendly and professional! Would highly recommend this facility.

Mr. Aquilo's comments are laughable. Especially the part about how educated he is. Our sixth grade citizens demonstrate better English grammar and make more sense. I suggest he take himself, and his bad habits back to Mexico, or wherever he is from so he can enjoy the health care there rather than continue to be a burden on our county.
Pines is the best health care in the county, maybe our state. Light years ahead of TAMC with clean, modern environments, and attentive, well trained staff. If you live in the Caribou/Presque Isle area Pines Health Services is your safest, most professional health care opportunity. They care, and their services are all about their patients. At Pines, it's all about you. Give 'em a try and see for yourself!

My friend and neighbors, Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Bonner has relocated here from Cambridge, MA. They are and have been in desperate need of some professional heath care and sad to say this is a huge disappointment in the systemic ? problems with the healthcare system in Caribou, Me. Forms were lost, Horrific laziness by staff who neglect patients. It's horribly confusing telephone transfer systems, argumentative staff, no chart reading doctors that have no idea how to prescribe people medication, I personally was an inpatient down in Bangor for two weeks flopping around of the floor like a fish hallucinating and having seizures because of a concoction of medications they prescribed, consistently losing important records. What a joke, it took 2 years to send a simple form with my mother who was a coordinator at a Florida Hospital and a nurse constantly on their back. I am disgusted. They put a suicidal sober patient who attempted suicide with a bunch of drug addicts. My brothers wife just died in Bangor due to a suicide while in a suicide hospital unit in Bangor. What the f is wrong with you people. Buck up !! We're very educated people not some loons, look us up on the web. Chris Aquilo and Stephen Bonner. His parents were in the military, scientists and Harvard Professors. We build and design electronics from scratch. This is enough. Will you continue to do nothing.
