All, new to the area so I had not been to Hancock Lumber before. Dropped off a sketch for a deck on 7/6 (Rte 302 Store, Windham) and waited 10+ days for a quote. Emailed and left a VM with no response. I wanted to buy and support local but this experience was less than impressive. I took my business to the other H Lumber Company instead, they completed my quote in less than 30 minutes and the materials are coming Monday. Hopefully you guys can improve your customer service.
