This company says it takes up to 6 bags of kitchen waste and trash.....I call BS. They only take what they want(i have pictures of light as a feather bags they would not take). If you put out a bag of dirty diapers, old potatoes and one childs toy, they will not take it......They do not dispose of trash. They only take what they want. I used this service for 2 years with no problems....The last two pickups were skipped by them, and then we got a new driver that goes through the bags deciding what they will and will not take.....who goes through garbage?

All my TRASH was in black bags, tied up, and ready to go. These dipsh*ts made a point to open said bags and decide what the definition of trash is for themselves......DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The point of their service is so you, the consumer, do not have to frequent the transfer station......but with their new Karens as drivers and their new policy on policing trash bags(going through your trash) they will no longer except definitive trash and have opted to be woke karens only taking stuff that could easily be composted for the garden......therefore completely negating their existence.....in other words....you now have to go to the transfer station yourself, because these a$$hats are above taking "trash".....

When I filed a complaint for them not picking up a bag of diapers and an old childrens toy and rotten potatoes, they said they dont take TV's and Rugs....and cancelled my service without my consent....If one was smart enough, there's literally, a lawsuit here for false advertising......

The owner sucks giant d0nkey d1ck and should just k1ll himself for being such a pr1ck.....

I'm gonna buy a box truck and you just gave me reason to be your competition....guess what, if its in a black trash bag, we take it....because otisfield transfer station will take it....fvck you

We've been using Trashman's services for almost two years. I have zero complaints about our weekly pick up. They are reliable and extremely fair priced. But what I love most is knowing I can text them and arrange a pickup of bulk garbage when I clean out my garage or basement. They are professional and kind. Thanks for help with the clean up today! Services: House/garage cleanout, Garden waste removal, General junk removal, Furniture removal

I don't know what amount of stress is involved in having a garbage removal/pickup service, but whatever amount that is, Trashman's temperament is not suited for it. I used him for approximately 18 months to pick up garbage for my AirBnB property.
One time, early on, he was billing me in advance and he missed a pickup. He admitted it was his fault. I kindly asked if he would adjust the bill and if he could please bill me in arrears going forward. He threatened to quit.
Another time, one of my renters complained that Trashman missed a midweek pickup. Trashman would not ever answer the phone or return calls, so I had to text him. I was always kind and courteous. When I told him it was odd that the renter went out of his way to complain about the missed pickup, Trashman insisted that he made the pickup. So I told him I would take his word for it (it was his word against the renters, and I told Trashman I believed him). You would have thought I insulted his mother's honor. His reaction was extreme and adverse. Perhaps the situation could have been resolved if we spoke by phone, but again, Trashman doesn't do phone.
Eventually, our relationship ended over another missed pickup. It really wasn't a big deal on my end, but Trashman just couldn't handle being politely asked to... pick up the trash.
Bottom line, this guy is super sensitive and has poor interpersonal skills. Seems like garbage pickup service pushes his capabilities to the max. Would recommend not wasting your time or getting caught up in his garbage pickup soap opera. Service: House/garage cleanout
