If I could put negative stars I would. I have never in my life been treated so rudely. I just traveled 4.5 hrs from Massachusetts with a very tired starving 8 & 5 yr old to a campground we still have to set up. My husband called at 8:43 & was told they stop taking orders at 845 & refused to take his order. I called and asked why they refused our order at 8:43 if they stop taking orders at 8:45. Shannon the Manger was extremely rude snapped at me and said IT'S QUARTER OF NINE WE CLOSE AT NINE. I replied with I understand that but he called at 8:43 & u said u stop taking orders at 845 so so why did u not take our order and she hung up on me.. NEVER IN MY LIFE Have I ever had a business hang up on me.. SO RUDE..I hope she doesn't have children any decent mother would never allow children to go to bed hungry!!
