        Someone is going to die in a fire here. People were burning fires in fire pits in the parking lot just outside the rooms. In our room, electrical sockets were overloaded, and the baseboard heater had exposed wiring. The door latches are difficult to use, especially the bathroom's. I've never felt compelled to check smoke detectors in a hotel, but I did here.

        Roomy, quiet, and peaceful cabin equipped with all of the necessities (etc, hand towels, plates, bowls, silverware, pots/pans, outdoor grill, pillows). Nice outdoor fire pit area for roasting marshmallows and grilling. Private access to the water along with use of life jackets and kayaks/canoes. Friendly, accommodating staff. We'll definitely be going back.
