Our ice cream dipping cabinet stopped working. Called the manufacturer (True Manufacturer Company or True Refrigeration). TMC technical service advised to call their service partner, Powell. A lady (forgot her name) picked the phone and told me I had to wait until this weekend. Called Wednesday to double check. Same lady answered the phone. She was somehow annoyed and became very impatient. Answering phone calls is your job, and why do you get so impatient and rude? Terrible customer service!

Highly recommended. They came within 1hr when others I called couldn’t be bothered. We thought we were doomed and anticipated spending thousands to fix the walk in cooler. Technician said it was a simple switch and it turned out to be a minor issue. Honest, high quality workmanship.

Called because my walk in was getting above 40 degrees. A technician was there within a couple hours. He fixed the problem and was a very nice, professional young man. Would highly recommend
