        A little more transparency on prices and terms would be nice. Both times I've rented I am quoted one price on the phone but then my invoice (which I don't see until the equipment is dropped off) was several hundred dollars higher. Live and learn, next time I know to ask a LOT more questions to make sure I'm getting what I'm asking for and that's what I'm getting billed for. Otherwise good service, very professional, never an issue with delivery/pick up or the equipment.
