Hired them to fill in a swimming pool and loam the backyard At the end of the job they say oh the loam wasnt included we will give you a price to do it even though we had talked about it being part of the contract through the whole thing
When I got the bid I did the math and found that they had doubled the amount of loan needed to do this area.
