My daughter started at Tidewater at 20 months old, in the Light House Program (where a caregiver stays with the child) and has continued into morning preschool. She has thrived in the care of the calm and dedicated teachers and assistants. It is a relaxed environment that promotes creativity and imagination. The children help make a healthy snack (like oatmeal with real syrup or rice with apples & cheese), play outside in all weather, tell stories with puppets and play with a variety of holistic toys. I hope she continues through the grades.
