I can't say enough good things about Morgridge. Honest people, super responsive, pricing is reasonable, they show up on time and they truly care. We had a serious issue with groundwater coming into our septic. They went the extra mile, calling to check on how things were going, sending the owner of the business over to help problem-solve with the city water folks !? I mean, in 2023 that is unheard of. Every single time we've called them we get right through to a caring person who understands the problem and jumps in to help out. I recommend these kind folks with the very highest praise. We own a Airbnb in Kittery Point and the guests called up one night and said the septic alarm was going off. I called Morgridge LW & Son and they came out the next day to do repairs. I had not used them since owning a house on Depot Rd in 1990 but some things never change and this company is one of them. I talked to Anita who dispatched a service team out that morning. They found the septic tank, pumped it, found the problem, and power washed all components and the inside of the tank that day. There was follow up electrical work to be done to make sure the wiring was properly installed and the breaker in the main panel was correct. They even hooked me up with an electrician who arrived the next morning and performed the remaining scope of work. Then Morgridge came back to insure the pump and float was working properly and replace the dirt over the cover.
I'm eternally grateful for their quick response and professionalism. There is no way we could have 10 guests staying for a week with no septic system. Kudos for responsiveness and thank you again for saving me from telling our guest their vacation home was down for maintenance and they would have to find alternative housing arrangements. I haven't called on you to do septic repairs in many years, but you are still the great company I knew back when I lived in Eliot. Service: Sewer repair
