      image When a 40ft tree fell on our wheelchair minivan while driving home a week before Christmas, our good neighbors at Jeremy Von Oesen State Farm were the first ones we called. We could not have been happier with the response.
      Sympathetic and helpful from the very first phone call, Mark and Shelby patiently answered questions and helped us navigate the claims process.
      Our vehicle was declared a total loss (happily we walked away with only minor injuries), but State Farm valued our vehicle fairly and the settlement allowed us to get back on the road with a nearly identical wheelchair van.
