Exceptional service!! Not only was Jim super friendly but he got the job done the day after I called him. I am super impressed. After having another inspector/engineer cancel on me I called Jim and he fit me into his schedule the very next day! He even called me a few hours after performing the inspection to make sure I received the report in my email. I am beyond happy with this company and would highly recommend :)

Going through my first purchase of a house, I wanted to get a full inspection done for peace of mind. Jim, his son, and crew were extremely professional and personable throughout the entire inspection. I can assure anyone they will be receiving a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of a home and property while walking around with Jim during the inspection. They will find and inform you of more issues than you may want to know about a property BUT it will be better for you to know these in the long run! I received a inspection report just a couple days after the actual in person inspection. Fast, knowledgeable, loves answering all questions. Services: Sewer line scope, Manufactured home inspections

Great experience and will recommend to every in the market for home inspections! Jim, was very responsive and got us in to his tight schedule within the same week as our call. After providing the water test and lab drop off that we requested, our lender started having last minute request on how they wanted documents formatted. Jim, took the time to work with me and sent me three version of the same information until the lender was satisfied at no additional cost to me. Two weeks later our lender came back to us requesting we have our original home inspector come back and treat our water and have if retested for something that was already within EPA standards. I called Jim and he started working with me to find cost effective solutions to resolve our issue in our home. After two hours of over the phone help he came out to the house the very next day and completed the job. Then he only charged us for the work at the house and the lab cost. Not only is his work well done but he is just a great human being!
