Used to be one of my favorite stores, but a while back I tried to order an amp through them thinking I’d give a local store my business. They took my downpayment happily, but I was met with attitude and annoyance when I called for an update. I was met with the same vibe when I went in again in person trying to pay off the remaining total because it was easier for me to not have to worry about it. Thankfully, they told me to just wait because of issues happening with COVID and that they’d call me with an update. They never called me. It’s been over a year and I still have the receipt. Kind of a let down because I’ve been going there off and on for about a decade whenever I was in fairfield. Maybe they were stressed or something, but the experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

Great shop, Doug did some work on my guitar and it hasn't sounded this good in years. Rates are reasonable and turnaround was quick.
