      image call to make an appointment for my daughter to get an alignment on her car was unaware that the vehicle needed new tie rod ends was aware that it needed new tires as the ones she had on were snow tires we planned on buying new ones in the spring instead of them calling us to advise us of what we needed to do to the car and if we wanted them to proceed with the alignment, knowing we need to get another one after getting the work done they just did the alignment costing us over $130, for us to turn around and get work done in the car two days later have to go and get another alignment. I think thats poor management and maybe thats the way they do things but if so, they should change it
