Out on a casual motorcycle ride last Fall I saw a property that caught my interest; arriving home I went to the Brett Davis website to view the details and entered my contact information into the site to learn more. Less than 3 minutes later, my phone rings and Ulla from Brett Davis, calling to follow up on my inquiry. Thus began my wonderful journey with the Brett Davis team.
Shortly thereafter, I met with Chris Cunningham, broker at Brett Davis, to start the process of a sale of my property and create a strategy for my new home search. Chris asked insightful questions to help me refine what I wanted in a home and educated me on current market conditions. A few days later I am receiving MLS announcements of prosperities with the criteria I had given Chris.
