Had Veno Construction redo our driveway and backyard today, they showed up on time as promised. Friendly work crew completed the job in a timely fashion couldnt be more happy with the results Ive posted it up on my Facebook profile for everyone to see Congratulations to Veno Construction

I ordered 5 tons of crushed rock to be delivered to my house for my backyard fire pit...He charged me $170.00 ( that includes Delivery)..I specifically told him TWICE to deliver to back yard from the left side of my garage to the BIG DIRT CIRCLE ( can't miss it ) and drop the Crushed Stone there ( 5 tons )..I also texted him the day before to confirm ( well I called but his mailbox is always full so I texted)...I even TYPED IN THE TEXT WHERE I WANT THE 5 TONS put down.....I told him that I had to go out of town unexpectedly but the check will be taped to the side garage door. (which I left and they took )....THEY DROPPED ALL 5 TONS IN MY DRIVEWAY!!! YES DRIVEWAY...so I called to complain because I'm 58 years old...how am I going to get 5 TONS of Crushed Stones to my backyard fire pit area?? Not to mention I couldn't properly park my car because of the HUGE MOUND there....He said he would call me back....HE NEVER DID....next day he cashed my check for $170 so I texted him and asked him what his plan of action was to move the 5 tons...he said "nothing,,,we delivered it". That's it!...DO NOT USE THIS GUY...NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ESPECIALLY DOES NOT DO WHAT YOU ASK. I am disgusted,,,now I have to pay someone to come here and move the 5 tons. I pray Karma is swift on this one

I have now used Veno Construction for two septic systems in Bridgton, ME and Naples, ME. I have been in the real estate development business for 30+ years and these guys are simply the best. BOTH times they came in on time and on budget and one was an emergency in the middle of winter!!! Toby the owner and Bobby the site supervisor were very professional and a pleasure to work with.
