We purchased a home which Mr Veno flipped. Upon move in last January, we had no water. Once Tobyâ€™s crew repaired the water issue, we had a major leak which required extensive repair including Drywall repair, electrical work and of course the plumbing. This took months and the work was shoddy at best. The metal roof was never completed and the siding was never secured to the frame of the house. Also Toby told us we had a one year warranty but he would rarely return our calls when issues arose with the home. We love our property but it took a lot to resolve the issues which we did on our own, despite our so called warranty. We were very disappointed in Tonyâ€™s lack of attention to some serious issues. We trusted the home would be in move in condition when we arrived from another state which it was not. When we were negotiating the purchase of our home with Toby, he promised a lot and didnâ€™t follow through. Even the trim work upstairs was left undone and my closet is still not finished. I would be hard pressed to recommend Toby for any home construction work but we were about 90% satisfied with the yard work he completed on our property.
