We had our ducts cleaned in September 2020 and we thought that we were satisfied although the price ($800) seemed a bit steep. When Aeroseal was leaving they told us that they found a hole in our air conditioning that we should have checked leading us to believe it was a problem with the installation of the AC which had worked fine previous to September. When we went to use the AC this June, it did not work. We had the ac installer come out and he found that when Aeroseal cut into the furnace to clean the ducts, the nicked one of the ac coils. He said they would have known immediately that they did it because the nitrogen would have shot out. They put some kind of putty over the coil to cover the nick instead of coming out and telling us what they did. Fortunately our AC installer was able to weld the coil to close up the hole. I contacted Aeroseal to try to get reimbursed for the $195 that it cost us to get the ac fixed and refill the nitrogen and got no response at all. I would think if they had insurance that this type of accident would be covered. I do not recommend that you do business with this company. Service: Duct and vent cleaning
