The worst dunkin in the state of Maine by far kids who don't listen and are there for a paycheck Farmingdale gardnier and Winthrop dunkins I'll shy away from for a while. We all make mistakes but 3 times they got my order wrong. These guys and girlss make 15 to 18 an hour to pour coffee. In contrast I work for VA and make 15. The fact it happened 3 times is frustrating and then when I called to speak to manager or owner who ever answered tphone.te thought is was a joke ya hang on I'll look. Thank God that I spoke to Martina who was very pleasant she listened and tried to make it right although I didn't get a coupon or free item for there mistakes. I feel like next time will be better had it nor been for Martina they would of got a one star. I inclosed pictures and receipt so ya ll can clearly see the error.

Can I give no stars? Drove thru. Ordered a hot chocolate . Lady hands it to me and says heres your hot chocolate. Drove off and waited for it to cool. Took a sip and it was coffee. Seriously?

What an absolute disappointment that after so many negative reviews that the owners still allow the same horrible and inept service to continue. We just spent 15 minutes trying to to get 3 drinks and after many attempts to get a mocha latte no whip, we just canceled the order. The crew loudly and with the window open, complained about us. Again, it was a simple order yet they could not get it right AND THEN when we asked to have the drink refunded so that we wouldn't continue to hold up the line behind us, they have us the money back in quarters. This seems to to be the standard for this particular DD.

Came this morning, ordered a hot macchiato drink came out cold... like it was from the fridge and had a chemical taste. Had to throw it away.
Usually don't complain about these sort of things because everywhere is busy and doing their best. BUT HOW WAS THE COFFEE NOT EVEN HOT?!
