Took my Mini Cooper to two other mechanics who were unable to diagnose and fix my problem. Took it here diagnosed and fixed and my car is as good as new !! I wonâ€™t take my car anyplace else . Itâ€™s a bit of a haul for me but well worth it . Thank you Kip .

Kip is a super friendly guy. Had a transmission go out unexpectedly, he quoted us well under competition and did a great job. Also honest, turns out the car had terminal rust, before even getting started he let us know to make sure we wanted to go through with it, class move. Most mechanics would just replace without asking so they could get their money. Furthermore, he rushed the hell out of it, it was our only vehicle for work commute and he got it done next day, a rarity for a transmission replacement. We'll be going to him from now on, knowledgeable, honest and friendly. Plus his newfie pup is super cute ðŸ˜… Service: Transmission
