        If you have kids or plan on having kids AVOID like the plague. Lots of claims to be family friendly but in reality kids are a not very welcome. Park Manager gives 0 cares on what happens within the park because unlike residents, he can leave. Do not expect to feel safe in your neighborhood if you live here.
