Called last minute for a climate controlled storage and Linda was able to get us right in. I would recommend Hall's self storage to my friends and family.

Max, who I believe has been here about 4 months, is the absolute best. I had reserved a 10x30 unit, which was way bigger than I needed but I wanted to have extra space to easily access my things until I find a house. I booked over the phone in advance, drove my 20ft Uhaul across the US, and arrived to find a lock on my unit. I walked over to the office, thinking that they might keep the units locked for security. Max hopped up to help, because he though it was open and ready for me. Seems an old tenant came by and put a lock on. Max drove 30 minutes away to get a file to take the lock off, and even then, me and my movers couldn't get the door open (Max tried and even called someone for help). To save time so I could return my Uhaul on time, Max found me two 10x20s (I only ended up needing one) and my movers unloaded everything into it. Max offered to move everything into my 10x30 the next day when they fixed the door (turns out a piece of metal from the lock had somehow blocked the lock, but none of us could see it). I decided to just keep the 10x20, since everything fit just fine, and Max adjusted my invoice to reflect the difference in price.
THINGS HAPPEN. Excellent service and a can-do attitude are the best solution a company can offer. I couldn't have asked for more and am very happy to have my things stored here.
