My fathers Cadillac broke down on our way to Mass for new years on 95 south exit 180 Hampden, ME. with a dead battery and bad alternator. JR allowed me to have the vehicle towed to the shop, and stored it until the soonest available opening, which was only a few days later. Even with a couple men down due to Covid they still resolved my issue in a timely manner.
