Carol was amazing! Our twenty year old wall-to-wall plush rug had stains that no other rug cleaning service could get out. On top of that I had not had the rug cleaned, because of the pandemic, for over a year. Long story short, Carol doubled down, using her array of magic spray bottles to apply to the worst of the stains, and spent a lot of extra time and effort to make this rug beautiful again. Carol was super! We had 3 different levels of carpets to clean and she did a fantastic job! On top of being a professional she is a super person, friendly and nice. Our home was not easy and she worked really hard. The results were amazing. Would highly recommend.
