Andy and his team at Mooers Realty were absolutely the best to work with. We were selling a house in Houlton Maine from 400+ miles away and had great confidence with Realtor Andy Mooers.
I met with two realtors to find out the
fair market value Mooers came in at
$45,000 more obviously listed with
Mooers
Andy was patient and helpful giving
advice as I was cleaning out a fully
furnished home plus much more...
Andy being knowledgeable of the
Houlton area was able to help me
find someone to get a car parked
In the garage started and moved
Once the home was in "showable"
condition we had a sale pending
at the asking price in 12 days!
The women in the office were
amazing and so helpful! They were
able to help me through several
computer technology meltdown
frustrations
There were a few bumps in the road
which were unforseen, which Andy
and I as a team were successfully
able to straighten out (Andy doing the
actual leg work on the ground in
Houlton as I sat on my couch with
