Service after the sale is almost non-existent. I was told I could get a credit on any full packages I bring back. Well, after trying several times to bring it back and trying to get ahold of them, I made it in to see a manager, Brian, who told me they don't give refunds. Imagine the shock I was in. Who doesn't honor what they say? Who doesn't honor a refund on unused, unopened packages? They made the sale, and that's all they were interested in. I would urge you NOT to to business with them. There are plenty of other places that have tile, etc. My contractor had issues with them as well. He won't do business there either.

Bluerock has a wonderful display with a wide variety to choose from. Brian and the crew stand behind their installation, making it an easier than finding an independent contractor. Olivia had great suggestions and very talented understanding our vision and giving great recommendations.

I am a returning customer, and due to the Great job and customer service ,I did not get competitive bids. Big mistake!
I will never do business with the Kennebunk Store again.
The first time doing business with Rob and Olivia,,,, customer care and service was outstanding but this time I May has well gone to a big box store, Granted they were not feeling well but that’s no excuse to not participate or have someone else relieve them The installer coordinator never showed up for a scheduled check of the worksite . They were very busy!!Z, so busy someone must have gotten service but it wasn’t us!! Then after the installation Olivia tried to up-charge me for the transition portion of the job! Of course this was after their vacation.....
The installer Josh, was a sub-contractor which I was not informed.... however he was great! And did a super job! Somewhat mitigating the lack of customer service from Rob and Olivia and especially the install Coordinator..
The other half of the job which was handled by the Westbrook Granite Group went well and the communication was excellent as well as the install was super
I just don’t like paying premium prices and being treated like our job was last on their priority list without benefit of good communication...
