Jen is there to answer any questions and make you feel at ease when there is a problem. They have been there for us in an emergency and scheduled appointment. Reasonable and professional. I used Seacoast Sewer & Drain on two occasions. First was for a sub basement floor leak (cracked iron pipe in a 1960s house) and second to repair a disconnect in my main sewer line out from the house. I appreciated SSD's responsiveness to my issues, professionalism on the job and quality of its work. I highly recommend Seacoast Sewer & Drain. Service: Sewer repair

I hired this company for my clients in the past as I am a real estate agent in the seacoast. However, the first time I used them for my own personal use, they came and did work that didn't resolve the issue I had hired them for. I received an invoice for $375.00. I called their office to ask if they had plans on coming back as the issue that they were hired to come resolve had not, in fact, been resolved and I hadn't received a follow up call - just a bill. The receptionist told me I get charged whether something is fixed or not and said something along the lines of "You don't expect to work for free, do you so we don't either?" I understand service calls and paying for labor. I understand training (or lackthereof) and not all personnel is reflective of the company, as a whole.
However, this was my experience. So I paid the bill and had zero desire to have them come do work for me again. They did, in fact, call to remedy the situation after I voiced my disatisfaction to the receptionist, who most likely explained to the higher ups. I work in a customer-service industry and to be spoken to the way I had been, I just don't feel the need to continue to patronize this company. They had already charged me $375 to come and fix nothing. I didn't want to spend another $375 for them to come and fix nothing again. I'm sorry you feel my 1 star rating is unfair or a "revenge" or "nonsense" or "childish".but this was my experience and it is not something I would rate as five stars. Service: Drain cleaning
