Lovely place, nice breakfasts, hot tub, only thing was that when leaving we were asked to leave $60. housekeeping tip. Thought that was inappropriate.

Looks like a great place but unfortunately they do not seem to want the business. I called to book a weekend stay with spa treatment for my boyfriend's birthday. After several calls and messages, I finally got a human being on the line. She said she would return my call to book after speaking with the spa. Seven days later, nothing. Disappointed I wasted my time considering this place. The lack of interest on their part is unbelievable. I will take my business elsewhere.

Be 100% certain before you book... cancellation is a nightmare! If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival you'll lose 50% of your money, but when you call before the deadline to cancel... no response. Called to cancel reservation... rude over the phone... asking why and then saying they will cancel and email me my cancellation. One week later, no cancellation email, no refund. Emailed and left voicemail but no response... online portal shows cancelled but shows no date of cancellation or refund amount. had to call credit card company to do a charge back.
