Highly recommend Daryl and his services. I called several home inspectors when I first started making offers on homes and and they were all abrupt and seems short with me. Daryl, was quick to respond and was very reapectful. Once I decided to choose Daryl for the inspection he asked a few questions and we set a date for the inspection for a house in Eliot, Maine. He was very thorough. The report he handed over was clear and details with great information on the current conditions of the house. Hopefully I won't need him again anytime soon but I will remember his name for any future home inspection needs

Daryl was very professional and did an excellent job inspecting the home I intend to purchase. I went with Daryl because I wanted an inspector that would be thorough. His inspection report has also provided me with a list of projects to go through once I move in.

This is hands-down the best inspection service I've ever used. I'm a first-time home buyer in South Berwick, ME, and the whole process was new to me, but Daryl and his crew took great care of us. He was very personable and meticulous in his inspection and I'll use the report he sent us for years to come as a guideline for our home. I would definitely recommend his services!

very professional and thorough! uncovered some issues that for sure we would have missed! The inspection took place at a home in Berwick, Maine. Daryl was on time every time he was needed! The inspection report was very thorough and detailed, and gave us insight into some other professional inspections that were requested to be done. I had a great experience working with Atlantic Home Inspections. Daryl was very thorough during his inspection and took the time to explain everything that he noted while checking out the house. He was able to accommodate to my schedule and perform the inspection with very short notice. The house is located in North Berwick, Maine and he even took the time to go back to the house for the Radon test the day after the inspection and made another trip to collect it and deliver it to the lab. He provided a very detailed report which addressed everything that was noted, with the corresponding pictures taken during the inspection. Overall I was very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality home inspection.
