        Lived here over 25 years, very nice people live here, but management is unresponsive and rent has gone up 10 to 20$ per month every year aside for one.

        Great mobile home park, we have lived here for 21 years, and while management has changed hands, the community stays the same, most trailers are further apart from one another than most parks, and there's new homes popping up in the new development area, if you like to go for a walk in a safe neighborhood, and of course wave to your neighbors ( we wave to everyone! ) this is the place for you!!!
