I was in an accident in May 2020, suffering a severe injury. I thought of handling the matter alone but decided it best to have representation. I called Joe, and was immediately contacted by Michelle Pelletier and Blair Jones. They described in great detail what the process would entail, and in a matter of a few minutes the case was in their hands. They handled every facet of the case and kept me informed every step of the way. Every question that arose was answered quickly and to my satisfaction.
My case was recently settled for the maximum allowed. The attention to detail was amazing. Prior to settling, I received a copy of the package to other party and it was over 12" thick! This process was streamlined and not a worry on my part. Hopefully noone will ever need their representation. I was involved in a motorcycle accident. Ben Bornstein and Michelle assisted me and made sure I was taken care of. I didn't have to do anything as they did all the work which relieved alot of stress. Michelle answered all questions, multiple times of days for over 6 months. They are responsive and make sure you are involved with what is going on. I would recommend Joe Bornstein offices to anyone I truly care for !

They helped me every step of the way on my claim even gave me some pointers on what to do on some parts they didnt handle witch was very welcomed and helped me out along the way with our claim. If it wasnt for there help I wouldnt have gotten the compensation I deserved and cant thank them enough.
