We put in an offer on a house through Pat and spent a lot of money to go up there to be with the inspector. We also were supposed to have contractors come in and look at various repairs, but all of that was stopped. We think by Pat. We would NEVER recommend her as a realtor and steer clear of any Evergreen Realty listings in the future. Worst experience EVER!
