We just had kitchen countertops installed and couldnt be happier. The process was very simple and straightforward and they communicated well with me throughout the process. There was a small snag with the scheduling that they took care of and made certain we were taken care of. Our countertops look fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone

I ordered and then waited 2 months for the install of a kitchen countertop. It was my first granite so wasn't sure what to look for. It only took about an hour for the two installers to put in what looked to be a great job. The caulk takes 24 hours to set so I didn't see the damage until later. There was a 1/4" gap btwn the sink and stone, both electrical plate areas had damage, and the shut off cold water valve wasn't shut off all the way - so the leaking water soaked the base of the cabinet and created a big puddle in the basement below. I will say, the management is very good about fixing the issues and I can't say enough about the "Will and Jay backup team" that made it all good. Ask for only them to do your install. Not all installers are equal.
