Neal Weinstein is a liar and a fraud. Took my case went to the court and is buddy buddy with the DA Then after he had taken my retainer bad mouthed me and gave my money back. He cannot be trusted. Lied about living and growing up in Florida. Apparently he is a good old boy from Massachusetts and is a buddy of the courts. He should learn the difference between right and wrong maybe a little spoiled. I would never recommend him for anything. He needs to read his review. This is my honest opinion

This women was dishonest with me, misrepresented facts to my office, and appears to suffer from some serious mental health issues. I never entered my appearance in court, never went to court, never bad-mouthed her, and discovered that she already had an attorney representing her, and that she had an agreed upon plea and sentence for criminal charges against her, and that she was trying to get out of her agreement. My office refunded her money within about 1 hour of initially taking the case, upon discovering these facts she withheld from my office. Based upon statements she made to my office after I indicated that I could not take her case, my office called local law enforcement in her city, to do a welfare check on her. Fortunately, she was ok.
