        They need to get their act together. Its now been twice that i've called ahead of time to make sure a script will be filled at a certain time for pickup and it was not ready.

        The Pharmacist is always super helpful and personable. After having a horrible experience at a walk in clinic this morning I went to rite aid Pharmacy to pick up some things and he was so much more helpful and respectful. Thank you!

        There was a man at the checkout a couple of times that has treated me very nicely. Other than that, I feel like I am talked to very rudely every time I go to check out there, especially when they are busy. I'm not sure if they are getting overwhelmed from not enough help or what but I always leave feeling like they hated I came in there.
