I called at 8:35 and they said they stopped taking orders cause the close at 8:45 supper lazy Im never going back

Great food, however I ordered off their website (DO NOT ORDER FROM THE WEBSITE) and the company they used, called Foodhub, took my money and did not put my order through. This is not Thai Orchids fault, however when I called them they told me they couldnt help me and that I would have to reach out to the company myself. If I had purposefully ordered through a third party site maybe I would understand, but I went to the website and ordered through there, and I did not realize it was a third party site. Its been a week and I have yet to get my refund. As I said, great food, but really disappointed with this mess.

Food was good. But portion size was small and price was high. It's unfortunate. Not sure how they can stay in business. No lunch specials. They had two pick up orders while I was there at noon having lunch. But I was the only one dining in.
