        DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY, THEY DO NOT DESERVE OR EARN IT.. They will sell you a bike. If you have issues, too BAD.I now live 15 minutes up the road from them and I will NEVER give them another cent and will ALWAYS make the drive to New Hampshire for a ktm and/or service, I tell my friends the same thing. I have heard story after story similar to mine Nd after seeing their great rating on Google, I had to share. They don't deserve to be in business straight up. my sale was super easy I secured financing Nd then I emailed them and bought the bike. They didn't have to do a thing. Just collect their commission and pretend to make a brand new bike run correctly. Full story below but go ahead and ask around to friends or fb groups about mainely action. Bought a 2019 left over in jan-feb of 2020 bike was a KTM 250 xcw tpi brand new zero hours.. Bike came with 30 day Warranty so despite it being winter in Maine, I ripped it and had hanging idle issues.(I would like to add that I did not beat it Nd I followed the procedures written in the manual). I had to rent a vehicle twice ( I didn't have a vehicle capable of hauling the bike at this time because I lived next to a major trail head at the time and they knew this) to take it back to them for them to fix the idle issue. Both times they said it was good and I picked it up and got home and it wasn't. So the third time I was going to bring it back to them the guy told me to bring it in Nd they will hook it up to their machine and set the idle to factory specs. Why they didn't do that in the first place idk but in the end I did not bring it back to them and I fixed it myself even though it was well within the short warranty period. I decided to do this because by the third time, I was teaching the employee about the bike and the function of the air bypass screw. Don't give them your money they do not deserve it.
