When one of the guys came he had a hard time getting into my car because of the anti theft lock. The owner Jordan showed up and got it unlocked for me by playing a game of frogger with the anti theft lock. Thank you! Extremely happy!! would definitely use them again if I needed them! Great rates 👌

Great service (from the driver) when you realize who (type/class of people) your dealing with and give a hefty tip up-front. This is a tow company, don't expected to be treated respectfully like a human. The dispatcher/owner will never give an accurate ETA as he hopes the police call your same tow request in so they can get cash and don't have to accept the discounted rate that our insurance companies or AAA negotiated. AAA dispatched Russell's to tow/pull me back onto the road, ETA was 60 minutes, and then 40 minutes later the police called to request a tow. I called Russell's a minute later and they said they had a AAA call but since the police called in, now they will only accept cash. The driver also stated it was his job to take my car back to his lot (for more charges to rack up) and I had to haggle to keep my car as it only slid off the road in mudd. The police agreed the car didn't need to be towed and was safe to drive. This was an awful experience all together and the worst part was, when we finally got help, it was like pulling teeth just to not be severely taken advantage of!

Sure they're expensive but with that cost comes peace of mind and that's what you're looking for when your vehicle is disabled!
