Always awesome food, always awesome service. It takes longer to make it fresh, guys! The one time they forgot about one of my burgers, they made it double quick and gave me an extra side, which was super kind of them! Thanks for making me feel like a valuable customer!

Thurston's wicked good burgers should be renamed Thurston's wicked greasy and tasteless burgers: home of the terrible customer service. Thurston's recently made some changes to their menu, and apparently one of them was removing all of the flavor and adding so much grease to their burgers that I set my burger on a stack of 15 or 20 napkins and it completely soaked through all of them. I like a nice greasy burger as much as the next person, but not when the taste of grease overpowers everything else. On top of the bad food that was served to us, the staff was also rude and clearly annoyed by our presence because of my fiance's tattooed appearance. I don't normally go out of my way to leave bad reviews, and we previously loved Thurston's but sometimes good places start cutting corners on quality and service and the business suffers for it. Or maybe a new staff is the only change they should have made?
