    Unfortunately, my family and I had a very negative experience at the Flagship theater in Falmouth this afternoon. We planned to see a 4:40 movie this afternoon as a family of 4. We arrived at theater at 4:35 and tried to purchase tickets at the ticket counter but there wasn't an employee working there. After a few minutes of waiting, we realized no one was coming to the ticket counter to help us purchase tickets and we found the kiosk . We purchased our tickets using the kiosk and then purchased snacks at the concession stand. There wasn't anyone working by the theaters to check our tickets or guide us on where to go. We proceeded to the poster that had our movie on it  and walked into the theater. It was about 4:45 when we walked in and the movie was playing. We didn't think too much of it at first and sat down. At around 5:20 we could tell the movie was coming to an end and realized we might be in the wrong theater. We then realized there were 2 theaters playing the same movie right next to each other and we were in the one that started at 3:40. It was a mistake on our end so after the movie ended, we spoke with an employee behind the concession stand and explained what had happened. The same movie was playing again at 6:40 so we asked if there was any chance we could watch just the beginning part of the movie being we only watched the end half of the movie. The employee said there was nothing she could do and we would need to buy new tickets. After spending $40 on tickets and $30 on snacks, we couldn't believe that was the only solution. The employee then proceeded to say that there are signs up for the movies in the theater so she wasn't going to do anything to help. we told her we saw the poster and went into that theater but didn't realize there were multiple theaters playing the same movie. She said we could go to the theater we should have been in and watch the second half again (which is the part we already watched) but that's all she could do. The customer service is less than impressive and they hardly have anyone working to look at tickets, sell tickets or help guide to the theaters. We would have been willing to wait until the 6:40 movie started and if they had empty seats, it would have been really nice for them to allow us to watch the first half of the movie which we missed. Last time visiting that theater.

    Service was fantastic, sound quality was good, bathrooms were very clean, theater has the super nice leather recliners. Cannot say enough about this theater
