ABSOLUTELY NO COMPASSION FOR PATIENTS. After missing an appointment due to a death in the family I was questioned about the truthfulness of it, asked when they passed and was told I should have called in the middle of making arrangements to let them know we wouldnt be there because filling their big gaps in the schedule is far more important than having compassion for a patient calling and explaining the situation.
Dont get me wrong, I get these appointments are hard to get and its my fault it should have called, but to be questioned and belittled after going through such a hard time is WRONG. I Will absolutely never be going back and would never recommend them to anyone.

Strong covid protocols, professional courteous friendy service, great with children, family atmosphere by all staff, they are providing a greatly appreciated and needed care for the community

If I could give less than 0 I would. Scheduled an appointment for my kids in January for March 30. Get to the appointment and they have no appointment it was somehow lost. I know I was not the only person to have this problem that day. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.
