I have been buying from this Kays store for many years.. The sales people are very professional and knowledgeable. The store is very clean and organized, and has a welcome appeal. I would highly recommend this store for all jewelry purchases..

I was charged interest on a purchase I was told by the salesman would be interest free for a year. I have called and tried the finance company and Kays themselves and both refuse to help me. I will never shop at a Kays again!

Previously had a repair done on a ring via the Bangor Kays and upon pick up from the Presque Isle location, we were not happy with the outcome of the repair. Presque Isle Store Manager Frank Lagasse, was incredibly helpful, professional and patient at the issue at hand. Manager Lagasse took the extra time to listen to our concerns and ultimately fixed the issue at hand. That being said, the Presque Isle Kays will certainly be having a returning customer. Cooperate give this man a raise!! Thanks again Frank!!
