Karen was absolutely amazing! Not only did she design a beautiful new kitchen, dining, living space for us, she did it with our quirky, crazy, and oft frustrating team of builders. Karen took our lake camp-style home from cedar shingled ceiling and chopped up spaces to a beautiful, modern, airy and bright luxury environment. Just imagine, our house was built in 1960, enlarged in 1970, and expanded to 2 stories and renovated in 1980. Need I say more. I’ll eventually share some photos of the way it looks now.

We consulted with Karen when we were planning our current home and incorporated her helpful suggestions into the building plan. She gave us thoughtful input which we greatly appreciated. We have called on her to help us with other projects and have referred others who were remodeling existing homes or building new homes to Karen. I would recommend her without reservation.

Karen has done a number of projects for us and we continue to seek her expertise as our lifestyle has changed over the past 15 years. We loved the work she did for us as she transformed an old much loved cottage on the lake. Karen's expertise is in adding elements that bring texture and color to a room. She encouraged us to take our time and offered additional options that supported our budget. Karen continued to offer her expertise when we moved into a condo. She provided resources that we didn't even think of and the outcome was better than expected. She is easy to spend time with and wants to do her best work on each job.
