Kasie Jo, Inc. put a new roof on our home about two years ago. I don't normally write reviews, but I was disturbed by the negative reviews posted. I understand that their experiences with this company were anything, but satisfactory, but we had a very good experience. The men were great. They worked diligently to complete the job in under two days including clean-up. Not a stray nail, staple, or pieces of old and new roofing material left behind. When the piece over the bay window was forgotten, they were there the next day to do it. They even fixed a piece of gutter for us. Granted we have a simple roof line, but I would hope he would help if there was a problem.

We had our entire house and barn reroofed last summer. This winter, for the first time in the 26 winters we have lived here, our roof leaked. Kasie Joe would not accept any responsibility, in fact, would not even meet us half way to repairing the roof and ceiling that are damaged. We would strongly recommend that anyone looking to have roof work done, look elsewhere, not Kasie Joe. he does not stand behind his workmanship.

Kasey Jo re-roofed our house 11 years ago, and we have had issues with it ever since. We asked them to come out on a couple of occasions shortly after they roofed it, and although they did come, they wouldn't fix the issues. Now we have to completely re-roof what they did, after only 11 years.

You should stand behind your work. Friend's roof started leaking the year after your work and you haven't returned their calls.
