I have used Jay twice and both jobs were excellent. The floors look great and his price was affordable. I recommend you try Jay.

This man is undependable and fails to answer calls or keep appointments. I contacted him and ask for resurfacing of three floors and we set a date which he failed to keep and then would not return phone calls to explain why. I feel this business is unreliable, his not fullfilling his end of the agreement caused me to lose a window for another contractor to delay his work as a result of this inefficient business man. I would not recommend him as a hire to do the work.

This guy is awesome! Friendly, affordable and knows his stuff. I've used him at three different houses I've had over the past 5 years or so. Highly recommend!
