Aerus produces some great water systems and product! Mine is workin' fine and I've had no concerns about it or my water since installation.

The water in my kitchen used to smell whenever I turned it on, so I was grateful to have a free water test done by Aerus. I purchased a nice water system to fix my water and the smell is now completely gone. I also appreciate that the water system comes with warranty. I say 5 stars for the system and for the service.

My experience with Aerus is a very satisfying experience. My wife and I purchased 3 vacuums - one for each 3 floors of our new house and we love them. Our cleaning lady really loves them as well! The very nice young guy that came out to do a demo for us (Ryan) really knew what he was doing, and the lady in Rockland that I spoke to on the phone was very helpful as well. We got extra filters and a good deal for buying 3 vacuums at once, and Ryan even gives us follow up calls. Since doing business with Aerus we've had no problems, everything is perfect, and I highly recommend the Aerus vacuum models.

My husband and I had a sediment problem big time. We had TONS of sediment and the water system we got took care of the issue completely. Our water is in good shape and it even tastes good now. The air purifier we purchased from Aerus is working good too. We can tell when we change the filter that it's really working great on our air. Everything is doing what it is designed to do!

Our water system is working out very well. It's back-washing properly, and the Ph of our water is at a 7.5 now which is perfect. My wife and I have no complaints and are satisfied and happy customers. I was also happy to get a follow up call from Lindsay...the people over at Aerus are very friendly and professional.
