My 12-week-old and I went in today for an impromptu 30 minute “play-date” before she starts Tuesday. I’ve never seen her so calm and curious. My baby girl is going to be cared for by a professional who has been in the business since she was 17 (+ has 2 kids of her own). As a first time parent (and being a little type-A), it’s nice to know they change diapers every hour. Maybe things have changed since the poor rating review. Thrilled for our little one to start Tuesday. All employees were masked, babies temps checked every morning, COVID-19 screening questions asked, cleanly and brand new establishment, well-mannered and polite employees with great questions... the list goes on. 5 stars and two thumbs up.

My wife and I planned on our newborn attending and saved a spot with a deposit back in February before the pandemic. We toured again in August and witnessed staff holding children without masks and being aggressive with children outside. We decided to go a different route and we were not given our deposit back, despite citing our reasoning was because of the pandemic. A very disappointing and frustrating experience overall.
