Matt and his team did and excellent job cleaning up after a freeze related flood in our home. They responded immediately and returned every day until the water damaged areas were addressed. Although I don't wish an emergency on anyone, I would highly recommend Biddeford Servpro.

When we experienced water damage at our home Servpro of Biddeford-Saco was quick to arrive and help cleanup the mess. It was such a relief once they arrived. ..We are extremely thankful for their help. The office and the technicians were all polite and knowledgeable!

We used Servpro Biddeford-Saco when we had a puff back in our recently purchased home with a newborn baby. They were very efficient, on time and friendly. They got us back into our home in no time! I highly recommend them. All the employees were very helpful and answered all of our questions. They really cared!

Update 11/118/21
Its never a good thing when you have to employ the services of ServPro - but when you must, I have to reiterate just how good of an experience it was to work with ServPro Biddeford. The 7" of rain we got left our basement with catastrophic damage. The ServPro team was on point. Considering the endless amount of emergency calls they were *flooded* with, they managed to not just friendly and efficient, but also compassionate. Big thanks. (Now I hope we never see each other again ; ) )
We have the nastiest stains upstairs as a result of a dogs Gastro intestinal difficulties ( ewww - I know) And Servpro BIddeford Socko was able to do an outstanding job removing them. I cant thank TJ and his team enough for not just doing an outstanding and thorough job on the carpets, but for the exceptional customer service that came along with it. Truly professional and truly and a very good experience!
