John and Jack did an amazing job with design and walking me through the process. They completed a front walkway and garden bed in 2022 and I had to have them come back in 2023 put in a patio and walkway in my back yard since i was so happy with the work. It could not have been possible without the amazing crew Kevin, Nick and Joey. They were so lovely to my five year old neighbor who wanted to know exactly what they were doing!

The team installed a fence, brick patio, and brick walkway in our backyard and did a fantastic job. They were very friendly, responsive, collaborative and we are thrilled with the results. Would highly recommend and use them again.

We hired Jake and his team to do a new patio and fire pit area. I have to say we couldn't be happier!! Nik, Joey and Kevin not only did what I ask but came up with a beautiful design! I wish other contractors were as responsive as Jack and the crew at Black Bear. Jack is always available by text and phone during any project has performed for us. We have always found his staff to be professional and friendly while working on different projects. They even took the time to carefully move and return Halloween Lights and Decorations on trees, shrubs, and path that needed some late season trimming and weatherization. Jack is always willing to go above and beyond. He found us a new Irrigation Specialist on the Fly two years ago. Our old irrigation company told us in late May, our system needed repairs and would remain out of operation due to staffing until August. Jack not only able to save the lawn from a brown summer but worked with the new irrigation company to upgrade the system with drip lines under the mulch to water all of our plantings. No More Garden hose or watering cans around the yard on a hot summer day! Jack also brings in Landscape Lighting Specialists and an Arborist during the season to ensure every aspect of your yard looks Amazing!
